Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. Pro and Team include a 14-day trial with every feature. We do not ask for a card until you decide to continue.
Can I switch plans or cancel any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept for my Ledgerly subscription?
All major credit and debit cards. Yearly Team plans can also pay by bank transfer on invoice.
Do you offer refunds?
New paid subscriptions can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first charge. See the Refund Policy for the details.
Does Ledgerly take a cut of what my clients pay me?
No. Ledgerly charges only the subscription fee above. Stripe's own processing fees apply to each payment your clients make, and are set by Stripe, not Ledgerly.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are shown in USD excluding VAT or sales tax, which is added at checkout where required.
